I sent an email to support a few months ago but never heard back.
I ordered a second skin (the first one creased and ripped when applying the front) and I have to say I am disappointed
I followed all of the online videos both times, when I removed the first one it left a sticky film all over the back of my kindle! And I tried as hard as I could to remove it. Now when I applied the second one there are bumps everywhere, and the front is so hard to line up, it's not even around the border and you can't really move it once it's stuck as you risk picking at it or ripping. I am normally not bad at crafty things so I don’t know how anyone applies these and keeps their sanity. It looks terrible! And now I either have a bumpy sticker or a sticky kindle. Waste of $60!
