Bad Business Practices

Mine doesn’t come close to matching this shade of pink and there are red splotches all over it like their printer was running out of ink. I was told that the color was correct but as a “gesture of goodwill”, they will send me a new one with a HEX code of my choosing, I just have to pay the freight charge of $8.99 and then also pay for the shipping back to Australia from the United States to return the old one, which is an unacceptable solution for their mistake.

They completely disregarded the fact that ink splotches were also a problem. When I reminded them, I was ignored and the chat timed out.

After doing further research into this company, it seems like they often scam their customers so buyer beware.
